“A Little Bit of Love” is a standalone novel set in the same town as the Heart and Soul series. Sheri, a restaurant owner, returns to her hometown to escape her past. Deandre, a widowed cop and single dad, moves there for family support. Years ago, Deandre arrested Sheri for a minor incident. Now, they work together on a town revitalization committee, and their close proximity sparks a romance. Deandre’s son, however, tries to keep them apart. Williams’ storytelling and character development shine, making this a highly recommended read for new and long-time fans alike.
